Our services include arrival cleans, departure cleans, service cleans, deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, and short-term rental turnovers. We also offer select property support services for homeowners.
Do you clean short-term rentals and vacation homes? Yes. We specialize in short-term rental and luxury vacation home cleaning, including same-day turnovers, arrival preparation, and mid-stay service cleans. Our team is experienced with the high standards required for guests and property managers.
What areas do you service? We currently serve Bozeman, Big Sky, and the surrounding Gallatin Valley.
How do I schedule a cleaning? You can request service through our website, email us, or contact us directly. We will review your property details and schedule a service time that works best for your home.
How far in advance should I book? We recommend scheduling at least 3–7 days in advance, especially during peak seasons in Big Sky. However, we will always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows.
Do you offer recurring cleanings? Yes. We offer recurring service cleans for homeowners who want their homes maintained on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule.
How much does a cleaning cost? Pricing varies depending on the size of the home, type of service, and level of detail required. Many of our services are priced hourly or as flat rates based on property size. We provide quotes before work begins so there are no surprises.
When is payment due? Invoices are typically due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept ACH transfers, checks, Venmo, and credit cards.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies? No. Our team arrives fully equipped with professional cleaning products and equipment.
What is the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean? Standard Clean Routine cleaning that maintains a home already in good condition. Deep Clean A more detailed service that includes additional tasks such as baseboards, inside appliances, heavy buildup removal, and detailed dusting.
Can you handle same-day turnovers? Yes. Our team is experienced with tight turnover windows, especially common in Big Sky vacation rentals.
Do you report damages or maintenance issues? Yes. If we notice anything unusual during a cleaning, we notify the homeowner or property manager so it can be addressed quickly.
What is your cancellation policy? We request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or schedule changes. Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.
Are you insured? Yes. Casa Montana is a fully insured professional cleaning company.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning? No. Many of our clients provide access through garage codes, door codes, or property managers.
