terms and conditions

By scheduling services with Casa Montana (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

 

Services & Estimates

 

All services are billed based on time on site at the agreed hourly rate unless otherwise stated. Any quoted time ranges are estimates only and may vary depending on the condition of the home, scope of work, and unforeseen circumstances. Additional time or services requested during a visit will be billed accordingly.

 

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.

 

 

Payment Terms

 

Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice following completion of services. We accept cash, checks, credit or debit cards, Venmo, and direct wire transfers. Late or unpaid balances may result in paused services until the account is brought current. A 3% processing fee may apply to credit or debit card payments. Clients may avoid this fee by paying via cash, check, or approved bank transfer.

 

 

Access & Utilities

 

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property at the time of service, including access to electricity and water. Delays or inability to complete services due to lack of access may result in additional charges.

 

 

Scope of Work

 

Standard cleaning services are intended for well-maintained homes and do not include deep cleaning, heavy buildup removal, interior appliance cleaning, or specialty detailing unless specifically requested. Deep cleaning services must be scheduled separately.

 

 

Damage, Wear & Liability

 

Casa Montana is not responsible for normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, or damage resulting from unstable or improperly installed items. Clients are encouraged to notify us in advance of delicate, specialty, or fragile surfaces.

 

 

Satisfaction & Communication

 

If there are any concerns regarding service quality, clients must notify Casa Montana within 24 hours of service completion so we may address the issue promptly.

 

 

Safety & Right to Refuse Service

 

Casa Montana reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in situations involving unsafe conditions, aggressive behavior, or hazardous environments.

 

 

Changes to Terms

 

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
